The second short intensive course in the Gestalt in OD Programme, it takes place in two blocks of 3 days.

It is designed to provide you with the opportunity to build on your existing basic understanding of Gestalt and develop your skills and confidence to apply it as a leader or professional in your organisation or utilise it as part of your OD or coaching practice.
The course assumes a basic grounding in Gestalt concepts and some organisational experience.
- Understanding the 3 distinctive areas of the gestalt in organisations approach:
Making meaning: identifying ‘what’s really going on’
- A deeper understanding of self and insights into the impact for your work and practice through intensive personal and peer review and a personal development plan
- Gain diagnostic skills: how to make sense of an organisation system, current patterns of thinking and behaving and identify options for intervention
- Develop skills to enable you to work in the ‘here and now’ and identify and resolve stuck patterns and ‘unfinished business’ in individuals and teams
- Design powerful effective strategies to create the potential for effective change
- Join the diverse Gestalt Centre community of leaders, professionals and practitioners
